When a worker partially returns to work with the agreement of the medical adviser, the employer who accepts this return will no longer have to pay guaranteed salary in the event of a relapse during this period. This clarification replaces the current twenty-week neutralisation scheme and aims to remove a concrete obstacle to reintegration. By providing greater security for employers, it encourages gradual returns to work, which are often essential to help workers regain a rhythm, stay connected to their professional environment and return sustainably to employment.
