The MR defends the right to choose how you travel (by car, train, bus or bike) without anyone being penalised. Transport that works, roads in good condition and a bill that does not keep rising.

Car, train, bus, bike: choosing how you get around
There is no need to pit the car against the bike, or the train against the plane. Everyone has their own needs, in town as in the countryside, and must be able to choose. We want real alternatives to the car, but we refuse to keep charging more and more to those who need one: drivers already pay a great deal.
Transport you can count on
A train or a bus must leave on time, run often enough where there are people, and be safe at any hour. We want the money to go first to the quality of the service, before free travel. And we want firm security in stations, metros and buses, for passengers and staff alike.
Safe roads, for everyone
A road in good condition, a safe pavement or cycle path, a bus that also stops near your home: mobility must leave no one behind. We want well-maintained roads, road safety with penalties for those who put other people's lives at risk, and easy access to transport for people with reduced mobility and for older people.
