These terms and conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or specific terms and conditions not expressly accepted by the seller.
The Mouvement Réformateur reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions of sale at any time. In that case, the applicable terms and conditions shall be those in force on the date of the buyer’s order.

Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them and a waiver of any right to rely on the buyer’s own purchasing conditions or any other conditions.
Payment terms
Payment is made by bank transfer.
Items ordered remain our exclusive property until the buyer has paid for the order in full.
Deliveries
Goods are transported at the risk of the Mouvement Réformateur until they are delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer. From that moment, the buyer alone bears the risks.
Warranty
With regard to consumers, the seller guarantees the products it sells and the services it provides in accordance with the Act of 1 September 2004 on the protection of consumers in the sale of consumer goods (Articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the Civil Code).
If a product sold is found not to conform within 2 months of delivery of the item, the consumer must notify the Mouvement Réformateur thereof as quickly as possible and in precise terms, by registered letter or by email.
This warranty only covers lack of conformity existing at the time the goods are delivered. Defects or damage resulting from misuse, such as water damage, oxidation, dropping or impact, negligence and wear and tear, are not covered by the warranty.
