Monitoring of home education will be strengthened to better verify, from enrolment, that every pupil receives sufficient and appropriate educational support. Families will have to provide a detailed educational project and an annual training plan, with particular attention to pupils with disorders, a disability, school phobia or a risk of dropping out. The goal is clear: to guarantee every child a solid, structured framework conducive to their success.
