Creation of the legal framework enabling the administrative ban of dangerous radical organisations that constitute a serious and current threat either to national security or to the foundations of the rule of law. In other words, these organisations that facilitate or encourage terrorism or extremism, or that incite hatred, discrimination or segregation, may in future be banned and dissolved on the basis of a judicial decision (cf. opinion of the Council of State of 31/12/2025)
