Workers who wish to do so can work up to 360 voluntary overtime hours per year in all sectors. For 240 of these hours, gross equals net: what is earned goes directly into the worker's pocket. In the hospitality sector, where the need for extra staff is particularly high, the ceiling rises to 450 hours, 360 of which come with the same benefit. A simple, voluntary measure to boost income, respond to activity peaks and ensure that the extra effort is genuinely rewarded.
