The federal government is increasing sentences for drug trafficking, arms trafficking and participation in a criminal organisation; aggravated money laundering, i.e. when the perpetrator is a reporting entity or when it is committed within a criminal organisation, is punished more severely; creation of an aggravating factor for participation in a criminal organisation: when it involves the recruitment of minors to commit or contribute to offences.
