The public housing model has reached a crossroads. Without a thorough reform, both the quality of service provided to users and the sustainability of the structures appear to be under threat. The Walloon Government has therefore initiated the necessary reforms to improve the governance of the sector, through the implementation of the Walloon Housing Agency and local housing hubs, as well as through the ongoing restructuring at La Sambrienne.
