The unemployment scheme with company supplement, better known as early retirement, will be abolished in its various forms. The medical early retirement scheme is maintained for workers with disabilities or facing serious medical problems. The aim is to stop encouraging early departure from the labour market when resuming or continuing work remains possible, while maintaining protection for the most serious medical situations.
