The Walloon Parliament has approved the trade agreement between the European Union and Canada, paving the way for its full entry into force. Since 2017, Walloon exports to Canada have almost tripled and more than 98% of tariff lines are now exempt from customs duties. Imported products remain subject to European sanitary and phytosanitary standards.
