Wallonia is adopting a new strategy to halt the decline of biodiversity and genuinely restore ecosystems. It is based on three priorities: restoring natural habitats, managing resources sustainably and better targeting awareness campaigns. The aim is to concentrate resources on on-the-ground projects with visible, measurable results, in order to more effectively protect wildlife, flora and citizens' living environment.
