Wallonia is strengthening health monitoring of forests through better field data collection, the adoption of prevention measures and actions in the event of a confirmed crisis, while also simplifying certain administrative procedures for nature reserves to reduce delays and facilitate site management. The aim is to sustainably strengthen the resilience of Walloon forests and better protect this essential natural heritage.
