Support for job seekers needs to be smoother. The FOREM-CPAS decree establishes a structural cooperation framework between two players who need to work better together. The aim: to clarify each party's role to avoid duplication, prevent gaps in support and strengthen pathways to employment and training. The result: more continuous, better coordinated and more effective support on the ground, backing up teams in the field.
