Wallonia is continuing its Administrative Simplification Shock with more than 400 measures already taken to make procedures simpler, faster and more accessible to citizens, businesses and associations. This strategy is not limited to reducing a few forms: it aims to durably transform the culture of the administration, modernise its tools and develop a more user-focused approach. Digitalisation of procedures, use of artificial intelligence, the principle of trust, monitoring of deadlines and reduction of paperwork: step by step, the Walloon administration is becoming clearer, more efficient and closer to the needs on the ground.
