In the Wallonia-Brussels Federation, more than 200 measures have already been taken to simplify procedures in areas that directly affect citizens, schools, associations and public services. The aim is to gradually move away from an administration that is too cumbersome, too regulation-heavy and too focused on paperwork. The Simplification Drive relies on more accessible procedures, greater digitalisation, better monitoring of results and an administrative culture more geared towards users. A fundamental shift to save time, reduce bottlenecks and make the Wallonia-Brussels Federation's services clearer, more practical and more useful in everyday life.
