Trusting teachers means guaranteeing decisions that are as close as possible to pupils' needs. School juries and class councils retain full autonomy to assess each pupil's progress and adapt educational choices. If necessary, a pupil may repeat the year to consolidate what they have learnt, with personalised support before moving on. The result: fairer decisions, tailored follow-up and better-supported schooling.
