It's that time of year again: MR President Georges-Louis Bouchez is delighted to invite you to share a great meal with his entire Mons en Mieux team.
This friendly evening gives us the chance to exchange ideas and celebrate the values and projects that matter to us: valuing work, fair taxation, quality education, safer public spaces, support and guidance for everyone facing difficulties, state neutrality, and mobility that guarantees freedom of choice.
In recent months, the governments the MR is part of have shown that change is possible and that our reforms can be achieved. Our ministers and MPs are working at every level, in Wallonia, in the Wallonia-Brussels Federation and at federal level, to give our country a different direction after years of paralysis and poor choices due to the dominance of left-wing parties.
Unfortunately, Mons has not followed the same path. Last year a communist coalition was formed to continue governing as it has for decades, with a lack of convincing results we know all too well. Mons en Mieux and all its elected representatives remain fully mobilised to address your concerns and make another voice heard in our city, which truly deserves better.
The Bouchez Dinner will give us the chance to tell you more about our projects and priorities for the coming months. Together, we can be a force for change!
