When a factory closes, an entire region pays the price. Europe has let too much production move elsewhere. We want to bring back what really matters. That revives activity and employment in our regions, in Wallonia in particular, and attracts talent.
Producing here must remain possible
A company goes where it can operate without ruining itself. It needs energy at a fair price, fewer taxes and less red tape, and permits that do not take years. What costs less elsewhere, we make simpler here.
Competing on a level playing field
Our companies face global competition that does not always play by the same rules. We want agreements that open markets to our products and fair rules for everyone. We also want to produce the essentials here, so we do not depend on others when things get difficult.
