The MR wants clean, secure and affordable energy, drawing on every source that works, nuclear as well as renewables. So that bills stay manageable, the power is always on, and our country remains in control of its energy.

A bill you can afford

When energy is expensive, families tighten their belts and businesses close down. We want energy at the best price, support to insulate your home, and a clear bill in which every line is understandable. You decide how much you consume; the state gives you the means to consume less. If European rules, such as carbon pricing, weigh too heavily on the middle class, we will ask for them to be revised.

Innovation, yes. Empty promises, no

Storage, smart grids, new technologies: we back them and roll them out as soon as they are ready. But we will not force people to install solutions that are not yet reliable or far too expensive. On energy, we listen to the engineers, not to the slogans.

Power, all the time

Nuclear, solar, wind: every source has its place. We keep what works and develop what is making progress. The result: light and heating whenever you need them, without interruption.

Not depending on others to keep the lights on

A country that depends on a foreign supplier can have prices imposed on it. Producing more at home, connecting our grids to Europe's and backing research: that is the best.
