Data protection policy
For the Mouvement Réformateur, the protection of personal data is a priority. We aim to be transparent and to comply strictly with the legislation in force. The Mouvement Réformateur processes personal data (as defined below) as part of its activities, including the personal data of people browsing its websites.
The purpose of this “data protection policy of the Mouvement Réformateur” page is to inform all data subjects about how the Mouvement Réformateur collects and uses personal data, and about the means available to you to control that use.
Scope of this policy
The Mouvement Réformateur's data protection policy sets out the principles and guidelines for protecting your personal data, including data relating to members and supporters of the Mouvement Réformateur and its constituent bodies, in accordance with the party statutes as well as the personal data collected via the websites and social media of the Mouvement Réformateur.
The notion of personal data refers to all information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A person is “identifiable” where they can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to them. “Non-personal data” means information that does not allow a person to be identified.
The information provided by each person is used solely as part of the political action of the Mouvement Réformateur. It is reserved exclusively for use by the party and its constituent bodies. Each person authorises the party to use their data for political communication and advertising purposes. The information may only be passed on to contracting partners who act solely on the party's instructions and who are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.
