Choose the life you want

Nothing about my childhood suggested that I would become President of the Mouvement Réformateur. Coming from a modest background with no involvement in politics, it is the result of hard work and boundless commitment. I want these meritocratic principles to guide our actions, the way we run our Movement and our vision for society. Even so, becoming the youngest President in the history of the French-speaking liberal movement, and the first from Mons, remains an honour like no other.

Today, I want to be the President of all liberals: our members, of course, but also our activists, our supporters and everyone who shares our values. Everyone will find their place in our Movement: I want it open, inclusive and respectful of each and every person. Today marks the beginning of a new chapter for our Movement. Today, we are on the move towards a society of progress and freedom. Be bold and optimistic, because there is no greater failure than never trying at all.
